Dr. Jamieson - Chiropractor
Dr. Lanny Jamieson is the co-clinical director of All Sport Health and Performance.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Alberta before moving to Portland, Oregon to study Chiropractic at the University of Western States, where he graduated as class Valedictorian. He concurrently completed a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, providing a unique background that focuses on optimization of a patient’s biomechanical function.
During his time in Portland, Dr. Jamieson worked with local high schools as part of the athletic training staff, as well as medical staff for various sports events, including triathlons, volleyball and rugby tournaments. Dr. Jamieson is a certified Active Release Technique provider, has level 2 certification in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, is the only Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 3 Chiropractor in the Edmonton area, and has training in Rocktape and Graston technique.
Sports have played a large role throughout Dr. Jamieson’s life, playing hockey, football and rugby growing up. He continues to be passionate about sports, whether it is treating athletes or taking time to go snowboarding, trail running or play a round of golf. He has worked as the team Chiropractor for the Edmonton Clansmen Rugby Club since 2013 and is the current team medical director for the University of Alberta Rugby Club. He also has a passion for trail running, completing ultramarathon challenges such as the Canmore Quad run and the Skyline trail.
